Space
As you enter the condo, you’ll immediately appreciate the bright, open floor plan, soaring vaulted ceilings, and coastal-inspired décor that creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. Large sliding glass doors allow natural light to pour into the spacious living area while providing access to the private covered balcony overlooking the peaceful community pond.
The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed with beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space for extended stays. Full-size appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The oversized island provides additional seating and prep space, while the adjacent dining table offers the perfect place for family meals, card games, or planning your next day of adventures.
Just beyond the kitchen, the comfortable living room invites you to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course. Plush seating includes a queen sleeper sofa and accent chairs arranged around a large Smart TV, making it the perfect gathering space for movie nights or simply unwinding together. Sliding glass doors lead directly onto the furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while overlooking the tranquil pond below.
The spacious primary suite serves as a peaceful retreat featuring a king-size bed. For added flexibility, the king bed is made up of two twin XL mattresses that can be separated into two individual twin beds when needed, making this condo ideal for couples, families, golf groups, or friends traveling together. The bedroom also offers a dresser, television, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom is comfortably furnished with two twin beds, providing a cozy space for children or additional guests. Conveniently located nearby is the second full bathroom, which also features a vanity and tub/shower combination.
For your convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer, allowing you to easily keep beach towels, swimsuits, and clothing fresh throughout your stay.
Fresh linens, bath towels, and washcloths are provided, along with starter essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, allowing you to settle in and begin relaxing as soon as you arrive. Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected whether you’re working remotely or streaming your favorite shows after a fun-filled day.
Guests staying at Willow Bend enjoy access to Barefoot Resort’s outstanding amenities, including beautiful walking paths, community pools, and meticulously maintained grounds. Barefoot Landing is just minutes away, offering waterfront dining, shopping, live entertainment, and attractions for the entire family. Please note that this condo is located on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator. Stair access is required to reach the unit.

House Rules

Because this is a short term vacation rental, per SC law, hosts are not required to accept any service animals, EXCEPT for ADA service dogs. The complex that our listing is located in follows a strict rule that only ADA service dogs are allowed. Please do your own due diligence about what an ADA service dog is. If you have any other service animal, they will not be permitted on the premises. No refunds will be given due to this.
Parking: Guests will have 2 parking passes in the unit upon check-in! You must hang the parking pass on your dash board during your stay. Only 2 parking spots are allowed per stay. This is an HOA rule. Any other vehicles parked without the parking tag provided will be towed. Any other vehicles aside from the 2 spots we provide must find their own off site parking!
The Barefoot Resort does NOT allow trailers, motor homes, busses, tractors, trucks (other than pick up trucks), campers, motorcycles, boats, boat trailers, golf carts, and mopeds to be parked on the premises. Guests will have to find offsite parking for these types of vehicles.
Please note that our guests do not have access to the garage. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Water Features: Our guests are able to use the pool and hot tub at the resort! The pool and hot tub are located at the back of the building. No code or key card is required for these pools simply pull up on the knob and go in! Guests will also have access to the pool in the North Tower. Guests can access the North Tower pool using the keycard in their room. If this keycard is lost, a total of $250 will be charged. Please make sure this stays in the room after your departure.
** we are currently working on getting this Key card from the HOA so until further notice the North tower pool is not accessible!
***The pool is run by the resort. Casago Myrtle Beach has no control over pool closures and we can not guarantee that the pool will be opened when you are there.
Trash: Guests are asked to dispose of their garbage at the trash compactor is located near the end of Building 1 inside of the green fence. Please put your trash
inside of the compactor using the door on the left side. Garbage is not to be left outside of the unit, or fines will incur from the HOA.
Smoking Policy: Smoking isn’t allowed in the unit. Guests are permitted to smoke on the balcony with the door closed. Cigarettes are to be disposed of in garbage cans outside at the resort. Evidence of smoking in the unit will result in fines starting at $250 and or immediate eviction!
Quite Hours: Please be respectful of all guests around you! Quite hours are from 11pm to 8am!
Guests agree to the following upon booking:
*Guests must immediately notify management of any damages upon arrival.
*We have a strict 11 am check out time. This is to ensure that guests like yourselves can arrive to a clean room on time.
*Our cancellation policy can be read in Airbnb before booking. We will abide by this.
*Altering a reservation must be approved by management and is subject to fees.
*Guests must NOT sublease the unit.
*All house parties are prohibited.
*No pets are permitted. Only ADA service dogs
*All guests must abide to the rules and regulations of the complex where our unit is located.
*Amenities that are listed MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival. Balconies, pools, hot tubs, restaurants, arcade rooms and other advertised amenities could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year. We do not give any refunds or rebates due to this. Guests are required to do their own due diligence to see if amenities are available.
*Construction may take place at our location or at a nearby location. This could cause noise, loss of amenities or obstruction of view. We do our best to notify guests when we are aware of something in the area going on. However, it is still the guest`s responsibility to do their own due diligence to see if any construction is going. There will be no refunds due to this.
*All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
*The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a “starter pack” of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items etc). Wash all dishes that were used.
*This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges.
*All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.
Pest Control Notice-
To ensure a pest-free environment, routine pest control treatments are scheduled for all properties. Access must be provided on the treatment date.

Pest Control: Pest control preventatively treats all units every other month through the HOA. Please keep this in mind if your stay falls during this time. It will only take a couple of minutes, but they will enter the unit.
Late Checkout charges.
$25 for the first hour.
$50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm
If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees.
If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.
Breaking House Rules – We will charge an additional $150
RESORT MANAGEMENT Casago Myrtle Beach and its homeowners cannot guarantee that all facilities and/or amenities will be available for the use of our renters. From time to time, resort managers, builders, developers, and the HOA board will change the rules and regulations of which amenities our guests have access to, all of which are out of our control. We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or offer rebates due to these matters.
Our office hours are from 8 am to 10pm, seven days a week. We are available after hours for emergencies (In-House Guests Only) by calling our office and pressing 5. Out of respect for our staff, any guests that calls the emergency line and do not have true emergencies, will be charged a minimum $50 fee. Please use your best judgement when calling the emergency line. True emergencies include, but are not limited to, issues with entry or door locks, flooding, fire, power, etc.
