Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a booking. Guests under 25 are welcome when accompanied by someone who is 25 or older.
Are pets allowed at your Edisto Beach rentals?
Yes! Several of our Edisto Beach properties are dog-friendly — including Turtle Pond, Ripple Effect, C Turtle, and Driftwood Villa 261. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 cleaning fee. Use the “Pets: Yes” filter when searching to find pet-friendly homes.
Note that only ADA-trained service animals are permitted in all properties, while emotional support dogs are permitted only in pet-friendly homes. Cats are not permitted in any of our properties.

All properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking inside any rental will result in a $500 restoration fee. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
