What is the minimum age requirement to rent a Hilton Head vacation property?

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a rental. Guests under 25 are welcome when accompanied by a guest who is 25 or older.

Pets are welcome at select pet-friendly properties on Hilton Head Island. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Filter by “Pets: Yes” when searching to find pet-friendly options.

All properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking inside any property will result in a $500 restoration fee. Outdoor smoking areas may be available depending on the property.
