As you enter, the kitchen welcomes you right away and flows seamlessly into the living space. Fully equipped with full size appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Cookware, utensils, dishes, and silverware are all provided. If you prefer dining out, many of Myrtle Beach’s most popular restaurants are within walking distance, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are always convenient options.
Just beyond the kitchen, the living area offers a comfortable and inviting place to relax after a day by the ocean. A sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, a dining table creates the perfect spot for meals, games, or planning your next adventure. A wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, accent seating, and coffee table complete the space, all centered around your private oceanfront balcony with stunning views.
Just off the main living space, a cozy nook features a twin over twin bunk bed, making it a great spot for kids or additional guests. Please note: The bunk beds are designed specifically for young children. Each bunk measures approximately 5 feet in length and is not suitable for most teenagers or adults. Please consider this when planning your stay.
Next to the bunk area is the bedroom, which offers a plush king sized bed with end tables and lamps on either side. A closet provides additional storage so you can unpack and settle in comfortably.
The bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, vanity with mirror, toilet, and a hair dryer. Fresh linens, bath towels, and washcloths are provided, along with starter essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and basic toiletries so you can travel light and settle in with ease. Complimentary WiFi and cable TV are also included for your convenience.
Sea Glass Sanctuary, also known as Yachtsman 400, is located in the South Tower of the resort and gives guests access to a variety of on site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, relaxing hot tubs, and grilling areas. With the beach and boardwalk just steps away, this location truly offers one of the best ways to experience everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.
Please note that while this condo features a private oceanfront balcony, it is not large enough to accommodate seating. It is designed as a standing balcony, making it the perfect spot to step outside, enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, and take in the beautiful Atlantic views.

Because this is a short term vacation rental, per SC law, hosts are not required to accept any service animals, EXCEPT for ADA service dogs. The complex that our listing is located in follows a strict rule that only ADA service dogs are allowed. Please do your own due diligence about what an ADA service dog is. If you have any other service animal, they will not be permitted on the premises. No refunds will be given due to this.
Guests agree to the following upon booking:
*Guests must immediately notify management of any damages upon arrival.
*We have a strict 11 am check out time. This is to ensure that guests like yourselves can arrive to a clean room on time.
*Our cancellation policy can be read in Airbnb before booking. We will abide by this.
*Altering a reservation must be approved by management and is subject to fees.
*Guests must Not sublease the unit.
*All house parties are prohibited.
*No pets are permitted. Only ADA service dogs
*All guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the complex where our unit is located.
*Amenities that are listed May or May Not be available at your time of arrival. Balconies, pools, hot tubs, restaurants, arcade rooms and other advertised amenities could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year. We do not give any refunds or rebates due to this. Guests are required to do their own due diligence to see if amenities are available.
*Construction may take place at our location or at a nearby location. This could cause noise, loss of amenities or obstruction of view. We do our best to notify guests when we are aware of something in the area going on. However, it is still the guest`s responsibility to do their own due diligence to see if any construction is going. There will be no refunds due to this.
*All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
*The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a “starter pack” of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items etc). Wash all dishes that were used.
*This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges.
*All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.
Pest Control Notice-
To ensure a pest-free environment, routine pest control treatments are scheduled for all properties. Access must be provided on the treatment date.

Late Checkout charges.
$25 for the first hour.
$50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm
If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees.
If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.
Parking: There is free parking available at the resort. For this rental, 1 parking space is permitted.
Guests must stop by the front desk upon arrival to obtain their parking pass. The parking pass must be displayed on the rearview mirror at all times while the vehicle is parked on property. All parking passes must be returned to the front desk at check-out.
Motorcycles, trailers, and commercial vehicles are permitted; however, each will count as one vehicle toward your allotted parking spaces.
Breaking House Rules – We will charge an additional $150
Quite Hours:
Please be mindful of surrounding guests during your stay. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. The resort enforces quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM, and we kindly ask that you respect these hours.
Wifi – The Wifi is operated by the resort not by Casago Myrtle Beach. While we do offer login information, we do not control its reliability, speed, or availability. We do not offer discounts or make rate adjustments for any amenity that may not be available during the stay.
Grills:
Guests have access to the community grills located near the pools. Please be sure to clean the grills thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so may result in fines from the resort.
Water Features:
Guests have access to an outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and one shared indoor pool located in the glass tower next door. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on all pool decks. Pool bands provided by the front desk must be worn at all times while on the pool deck and are required for access to the indoor pool. You will receive your pool bands at the front desk upon arrival when you pick up your parking passes. Casago does not have control over the amenities at Yachtsman and the resort could shut down the amenities at any time for any reason and may not always tell us.
