Inside, you’ ll find a well-equipped home with amenities such as a washer/dryer, central AC, internet and a fully stocked kitchen featuring modern appliances. A coffeepot, Keurig, microwave, toaster, blender and more are provided. Even water and food bowls are available for your fur baby! This home offers a game room set up for kids of all ages, including an arcade and various board games. For your convenience, a pull cart is provided filled with beach toys and beach supplies including chairs, an umbrella and a blanket. After a day at the beach, rinse off at the open, outdoor shower.

-Quiet hours are 11 p.m. through 7 a.m. The City’s Noise Ordinance States: “It is unlawful for any person to make, continue or cause to be continued any excessive, unnecessary or unusually loud noise or any noise which either annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others, within the limits of the city.” Those who violate the noise ordinance can be cited and/or arrested with a fine up to $1,000. Please be considerate of others. -Occupancy limit is non-negotiable. -Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home, on the porch or on the outdoor grounds of this property. – All windows and doors must be closed while using the HVAC system.
