Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project
The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for approximately 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.
During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.

Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.

With some stunning new upgrades as of 2025, this condo feels brand new! Fresh new LVP flooring was installed throughout, and the bedrooms feature new paint on the walls, making the rooms feel bright and airy! These upgrades have transformed the space, and we could not be more excited to share them with you!
Bedroom 1: The first bedroom on the right when you enter the condo is the guest bedroom. This bedroom offers 2 full size beds, closet for storage, TV, and access to the guest bathroom. The bathroom features a vanity, tub/shower, vanity, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is located just past the kitchen. This bedroom features 2 queen size beds, dresser and closet for storage, access to the ocean view balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet.
Centrally located is the spacious kitchen which features full-size stainless-steel appliances, stove, oven, full size microwave, dishwasher, double compartment kitchen sink, coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well. The washer and dryer are located in the closet area! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!
Just past the kitchen is the living room! This area features a sofa, coffee table, end table, large wall mounted TV, dining table that can comfortably seat 4 people, and access to the private ocean view balcony.
All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.
Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
