Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project
The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for approximately 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.
During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.
Please note:
Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.

As of Spring 2023, this unit had been updated and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters in the main living space all new furniture was installed and includes: new king bed frame, new side tables, new accent chair, new table and chairs, new wall mounted TV, new dresser for storage, and new décor throughout! This unit also features new carpeting, new kitchen cabinets, beautiful tile backsplash, and fresh paint. Aside from the beautiful, modern updates, our guests will certainly enjoy endless, panoramic, ocean front views from the apartment. This condo has its own private balcony, and past guests have spotted dolphins and beautiful sunsets!
If you’re planning your next vacation, Sand Dunes 2434 is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy a nice, clean, spacious rental. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)! Aside from the gorgeous living space, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, oversized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. The kitchenette features a full-size fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very popular and convenient options as well.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on site waterpark or the movie theater. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:
