Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project
The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for approximately 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.
During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.
Please note:
Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.

This is an 11th floor studio suite at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view studio is fully furnished with 2 queen sized beds, dresser and closet for storage, large wall mounted TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, and a mini fridge. In addition to the beautiful, modern updates inside, this condo has its own private balcony with table and chairs from which past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunsets!
The condo features a mini fridge and microwave. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.
All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll be happy to work with you!
Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, guests will receive fines starting at $150. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on-site waterpark or mini golf. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:
