As you step inside, the kitchen is conveniently located to your left. Recently upgraded, this space features gorgeous granite countertops, a stylish new backsplash, and a unique stone accent wrapping the peninsula that adds a modern touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. You will also find all the essentials such as cookware, dishes, utensils, and silverware, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal. A nearby dining table offers a comfortable spot to enjoy your meals.
To the right of the entryway, the main living space opens up into a bright and inviting area designed for relaxation. This is where the condo truly shines, showcasing breathtaking northern ocean views from the 22nd floor. Large windows fill the space with natural light while framing the coastline beautifully. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
