After a day spent exploring, fire up the charcoal grill available in the pool area. Heading inside your home away from home, you will immediately be met by a cool gust of central air-conditioning. Settle down and get comfortable amidst the open layout as you stream your favorite TV shows and cook to your heart’s content in the fully equipped kitchen! A private washer/dryer is available in the closet off the kitchen.
With four bedrooms to spread out in, rest assured that there is more than enough room for everyone! Personal TVs, soft linens, and charming nautical mementos await in each of the rooms.

House Rules
-Quiet hours are 11 p.m. through 7 a.m. The City’s Noise Ordinance States: “It is unlawful for any person to make, continue or cause to be continued any excessive, unnecessary or unusually loud noise or any noise which either annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others, within the limits of the city.” Those who violate the noise ordinance can be cited and/or arrested with a fine up to $1,000. Please be considerate of others. -Occupancy limit is non-negotiable. -Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property, on the balconies or on the outdoor grounds of this property. – All windows and doors must be closed while using the HVAC system.
