As you enter the condo, you’ll immediately appreciate the fresh, contemporary design featuring luxury vinyl plank flooring, modern furnishings, curated décor, and an open layout that feels bright, spacious, and inviting. Just inside the entrance, you’ll find the fully remodeled bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with elegant tile work and sleek glass sliding doors. A modern vanity with ample storage, oversized mirror, contemporary lighting, toilet, and hair dryer complete the space. Fresh bath towels, washcloths, and starter toiletries are provided so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.
The beautifully updated kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with crisp white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a striking blue tile backsplash. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a quiet dinner after exploring downtown Myrtle Beach, you’ll have everything you need. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and plenty of cabinet space. If you’d rather dine out, countless restaurants are just a short walk away, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make enjoying a meal in just as easy.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a stylish glass-top table with seating for four, making it the perfect place to enjoy meals, play games, or map out the next day’s adventures. A spacious dresser and bedside tables provide plenty of storage, making it easy to settle in and feel at home throughout your stay.
While Boardwalk Noir does not offer a private balcony, its expansive floor-to-ceiling windows provide uninterrupted ocean views that bring the beauty of the coast right into the living space. Pack light and enjoy a worry-free vacation. Fresh linens, bath towels, washcloths, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and glassware are all provided, along with complimentary WiFi and cable television. We also supply a starter set of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival.

Because this is a short term vacation rental, per SC law, hosts are not required to accept any service animals, EXCEPT for ADA service dogs. The complex that our listing is located in follows a strict rule that only ADA service dogs are allowed. Please do your own due diligence about what an ADA service dog is. If you have any other service animal, they will not be permitted on the premises. No refunds will be given due to this.
Guests agree to the following upon booking:
*Guests must immediately notify management of any damages upon arrival.
*We have a strict 11 am check out time. This is to ensure that guests like yourselves can arrive to a clean room on time.
*Our cancellation policy can be read in Airbnb before booking. We will abide by this.
*Altering a reservation must be approved by management and is subject to fees.
*Guests must Not sublease the unit.
*All house parties are prohibited.
*No pets are permitted. Only ADA service dogs
*All guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the complex where our unit is located.
*Amenities that are listed May or May Not be available at your time of arrival. Balconies, pools, hot tubs, restaurants, arcade rooms and other advertised amenities could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year. We do not give any refunds or rebates due to this. Guests are required to do their own due diligence to see if amenities are available.
*Construction may take place at our location or at a nearby location. This could cause noise, loss of amenities or obstruction of view. We do our best to notify guests when we are aware of something in the area going on. However, it is still the guest`s responsibility to do their own due diligence to see if any construction is going. There will be no refunds due to this.
*All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
*The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a “starter pack” of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items etc). Wash all dishes that were used.
*This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges.
*All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.
Pest Control Notice-
To ensure a pest-free environment, routine pest control treatments are scheduled for all properties. Access must be provided on the treatment date.

Late Checkout charges.
$25 for the first hour.
$50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm
If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees.
If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.
Parking: There is free parking available at the resort. For this rental, 1 parking space is permitted.
Guests must stop by the front desk upon arrival to obtain their parking pass. The parking pass must be displayed on the rearview mirror at all times while the vehicle is parked on property. All parking passes must be returned to the front desk at check-out.
Motorcycles, trailers, and commercial vehicles are permitted; however, each will count as one vehicle toward your allotted parking spaces.
Breaking House Rules – We will charge an additional $150
Quite Hours:
Please be mindful of surrounding guests during your stay. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. The resort enforces quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM, and we kindly ask that you respect these hours.
Wifi – The Wifi is operated by the resort not by Casago Myrtle Beach. While we do offer login information, we do not control its reliability, speed, or availability. We do not offer discounts or make rate adjustments for any amenity that may not be available during the stay.
Grills:
Guests have access to the community grills located near the pools. Please be sure to clean the grills thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so may result in fines from the resort.
Water Features:
Guests have access to an outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and one shared indoor pool located in the glass tower next door. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on all pool decks. Pool bands provided by the front desk must be worn at all times while on the pool deck and are required for access to the indoor pool. You will receive your pool bands at the front desk upon arrival when you pick up your parking passes. Casago does not have control over the amenities at Yachtsman and the resort could shut down the amenities at any time for any reason and may not always tell us.
​​​​​​Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind in the unit, balcony, or pool decks. Any evidence of smoking will result in fines starting at $250 and or immediate eviction! Any evidence of smoking in the pool areas will result in additional fines from the HOA on top of the $250!!!
