THINGS TO KNOW
There are no elevators in the buildings.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
Pool & Amenities
Age Restrictions: Children in diapers must wear swim diapers and rubber pants. Only guests 18 and older are permitted in the hot tub, tanning shelf, and upper deck.
Prohibitions: Pets, glassware, and smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited on the pool deck and in the water. Reserving chairs is not allowed.
Grilling: Grills are prohibited on balconies and breezeways. You must use the seven shared propane grilling stations and clean up afterward.
Lagoon: Catch-and-release fishing is allowed, but no swimming, boating, or nets/traps are permitted.
🏖️ Beach Regulations
Personal Belongings: All tents, chairs, coolers, and towels must be removed from the beach daily. Any belongings left overnight will be confiscated.
Digging: Holes in the sand must be less than 12 inches deep and completely filled in before you leave for the day to protect sea turtles and beachgoers. Shovels are only permitted if made of wood/plastic and under 30 inches long by 6 inches wide.
Prohibited Items: Glassware, littering, fires, fireworks, and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the beach.
Wildlife: Do not harass or remove any live beach fauna (sea turtles, sand dollars, etc.) or damage dunes and sea oats.
Turtle Lighting: Ocean-facing lights must be turned off by 10:00 PM from May 1 through October 31.
🚗 Parking & Vehicles
Passes Required: All owners, guests, and visitors must display a valid parking decal or visitor pass on their vehicle.
Vehicle Restrictions: Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles (RVs), motorcycles, and trailers are not permitted to park in the parking lot. Only private passenger vehicles (cars, pickup trucks, and vans) with current license tags are allowed.
Visitor Spaces: Residents are prohibited from parking in designated visitor spaces.
